Dr Carla Müller advises and represents clients in national and international arbitration proceedings as well as in proceedings before state courts. Her practice mainly focuses upon matters concerning contractual disputes.
Carla Müller is a German qualified lawyer. Sie studied law within the framework of the German-French Programme at the University of Cologne and the University of Paris 1 (Panthéon-Sorbonne). Thereby, she obtained an LL.B. degree as well as a Maîtrise en Droit. During her legal education she has worked in a case management team at the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID), at the European Commission, in the dispute resolution practice of a leading UK law firm, as well as in teams specialising in dispute resolution. Carla Müller is fluent in German, English, and French.
Carla Müller advises clients especially in contract law disputes. A focus of her practice concerns Post-M&A-disputes as well as energy-related disputes. She has particular knowledge in the field of investment arbitration.
