Dr Manuel Gyarmati-Buchmüller
Dr Manuel Gyarmati-Buchmüller advises and represents clients in cross-border disputes. He is primarily involved in arbitrations related to plant construction and post-M&A disputes.
Manuel Gyarmati-Buchmüller studied law at the Universities of Freiburg, Budapest (ELTE) and Pisa. He earned a doctoral degree for his work on the interfaces between unfair competition law, consumer behavior research and neuropsychology. Manuel Gyarmati-Buchmüller is bilingual in German and Hungarian, fluent in English and Italian, and speaks French at an advanced level.
While a student, Manuel Gyarmati-Buchmüller completed traineeships at a boutique firm advising on German and Hungarian law and a leading law firm in Italy. After completing his legal studies, he worked in the legal department of a legal tech company. Presently, his main practice relates to arbitrations based on complex technical facts such as projects and construction arbitrations.
