Ivan Levy
Ivan Levy advises and represents clients in international arbitration proceedings. His practice focuses on commercial and construction disputes, as well as investment arbitration proceedings.
Ivan Levy is dually qualified as an attorney in New York and Argentina. He earned an LL.B. from the University of Buenos Aires, as well as an LL.M. from Columbia Law School as a Fulbright Scholar. He was also a winner of the 2016 Willem C. Vis moot in Vienna. Ivan Levy speaks English, Spanish and Portuguese.
Prior to joining Busse Disputes, Ivan Levy interned at the International Chamber of Commerce in Paris and worked in the Frankfurt and London offices of leading US law firms. Ivan Levy advises upon a variety of international arbitration proceedings, including those governed by the LCIA, ICC, ICSID and PCA. He possesses comprehensive expertise in relation to commercial and construction disputes, as well as investment arbitration proceedings.
