Jan Homann advises and represents clients in national and international arbitration proceedings as well as in proceedings before state courts. His practice mainly focuses upon matters concerning contractual disputes.
Jan Homann is a German qualified lawyer. Following his legal studies at the University of Tübingen, he completed his legal training at the Higher Regional Court of Stuttgart as well as with attorneys at the Federal Court of Justice and in international law firms. In addition, he obtained a Master of Laws degree (LL.M.) at University College London. Jan is fluent in German, English and French.
Jan Homann particularly advises in contract law disputes, for example in connection with suppliers in the energy or the automotive sector. Another focus of his practice involves disputes concerning distribution agreements, where he inter alia acts for companies in the pharmaceutical industry. Furthermore, he has experience in product liability law.
