Marlene Rentz advises and represents clients in national and international arbitration proceedings. Her practice focuses on commercial disputes as well as investment arbitration proceedings.
Marlene Rentz is a French qualified lawyer. She is fluent in German, English, French and Spanish. She graduated from Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne University and holds a Master’s degree in International Business Law and a Master’s degree in European Economic Law. During her legal training Marlene Rentz gained experience working in several renowned Parisian law firms as well as in a leading US law firm.
Marlene Rentz primarily acts for clients in commercial disputes, but she also has experience with investor-State arbitrations. She is familiar with ad-hoc proceedings as well as arbitral proceedings governed by a variety of institutional rules.
