Sarah Herrmann advises and represents clients in international arbitration proceedings and proceedings before state courts.
Sarah Herrmann completed her studies at the University of Mannheim, where she also earned a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) with an additional qualification in economics. As part of her further legal training, she inter alia worked at a Magic Circle law firm in Düsseldorf and at a leading Australian commercial law firm in Sydney. She also worked as a research assistant at the University of Mannheim’s Department of Civil Law, Private Insurance Law, Commercial Law, and Comparative Law and at a boutique law firm specializing in insurance law.
Sarah Herrmann represents clients in post-M&A disputes. Another focus of her work is on general contractual disputes, including in the telecommunications sector. Sarah Herrmann is fluent in German and English.
