We have many years of experience with technically complex cases, especially with regard to real estate law, construction and infrastructure projects and shipbuilding. In this regard, we often work intensively together with experts in these fields.

One of our greatest strengths is in disputes based on highly technical facts. This particularly relates to the real estate, construction and infrastructure areas but also the shipbuilding sector. In this regard, we possess many years of experience in the efficient cooperation with experts as well as the coordination of multidisciplinary teams of experts. We are able to depict the most technically or commercially demanding facts in such a way that they are easily understandable for arbitral tribunals or court judges.

Our clients include in particular companies in the power plant and environmental technology industries, manufacturers of equipment for the metal industry as well as companies from the shipbuilding and offshore technology sectors. Our team is familiar with a variety of different project-based contractual arrangements, including contracts within the scope of the German Regulations on Contract Awards for Public Works (so-called "VOB Contracts") or contracts based on the FIDIC Standard Forms of Contract. We regularly work for the defence industry and are familiar with procurement law issues as well as other structural particularities related to procurement initiatives in this field.
