Marlene Ella Sauer advises and represents clients in international disputes within the field of commercial arbitration. She focuses on arbitration in the energy sector and general contractual disputes.

Marlene Ella Sauer is a German lawyer. She accomplished a double degree in German and French law at the universities of Potsdam and Paris X Nanterre and obtained the licence en droit. She also studied at the University of Technology in Sydney, Australia, where she obtained a Master of Laws degree (LL.M.). She is fluent in German, English and French.

Following her studies, Marlene Ella Sauer worked as Deputy Counsel at the ICC International Court of Arbitration in Paris where she administered approximately one hundred arbitration cases. During her time at the ICC, she gained extensive first-hand knowledge in ICC arbitration proceedings in various fields.
